Flexitags fit flush on most collars and harnesses, secured by a flexible Silicone band stretching over the fastener/buckle and sliding into place.
Flexitags are available in Small (fits collar widths 12mm to 22mm) Med/Large (fits collar widths 20mm to 40mm) Extra Large (fits collar widths 40mm to 55mm)
